Jewelry made out of sterling silver stays shiny by wearing it – especially in the shower! Our little guy has been wearing his sterling silver disc on a leather cord for months without removing it even for bath time, and it still looks like new. However, the leather cord will get a little harder if you get it wet.

Sterling silver, and gold can be cleaned by rubbing with a soft cotton cloth or by washing with warm soapy water.
