Shipping Information Domestic Orders: Shipping prices on our site are for U.S. (domestic) orders only, not including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. Most items are shipped 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. In some instances shipping may take longer but is usually indicated on the product page. If an item is backordered, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Orders are shipped via the USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex. You may receive more than one shipment as some items ship directly from the distributor. Free Shipping: If you receive "free shipping" on your order and return any items, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. US Shipping Prices:
International Shipping: International shipping rates including Canada, Alaska & Hawaii will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Our website does not calculate International shipping rates. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for the added taxes/charges that customs imposes on your order. All International orders are subject to our review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as canceled if we feel the payment is not legitimate. It is best to contact us before placing an international order. We do not ship all of our products internationally. |
